This deserves some explanation. What does
this mean? A PreSelection Purchase means you buy your first house plan before you know which plan you
want. That does not exactly sound like a "benefit", and you are right. Its more of a commitment, to each other.
When you purchase a set of Construction
Prints from us you enter in to our Builder/Developer Partner relationship and gain access to a range
of benefits that help you get your project going, and your first sales made. We'll give you help designing
your site plan, help picking the right house models, use of our renderings for marketing, advice and support
throughout construction. This is explained in more detail back on the page you came from. But you can't access
this help until you are a customer. The problem is that you often won't know which house design you want to
offer until you are into this process.
So a PreSelection Purchase lets us leap this
obstacle. By becoming a customer first, it lets you get into the process before you've made a decision about
which house. We can begin to help you match designs to your project and local market, help you layout your
subdivision if needed, get your project off the ground. You can get started building your marketing effort
with our materials. But here is the most important part: You gain access to our full catalog, and you can
offer your first prospects our entire range of designs. Any house your prospect wants to buy can be your
first plan set. You don't have to decide which one you'll get until you've made the sale.
Ultimately the house plan you want is the one
you can sell. A Pre Selection Purchase takes risk out of that decision, and lets us start working together.
