Our Open Volume Pricing Model
Our regular policy for volume discounts applies
only to one time volume purchases of plan licenses. That means if you buy plans one at a time you won't see any discount. What you
gain by filling out our
Contact Form and teaming up with us, is access to our pay-as-you-go discount program. That means if you
have a project with 20 houses, you can purchase license for those houses as you build them. You can still
enjoy our volume discount pricing even though you've not purchased all the licenses at once.
Here is our Volume Pricing Schedule:
- First Five Houses (1 - 5) are licensed at our normal price of: $4,750.00 each
- The second Five Houses (6 - 10) are licensed at: $3,000.00 each
- For all Houses beyond the first Ten (11 - up) are licensed at: $1,500.00 each
To quantify, this represents 18% discount on the
licensing of 10 houses, and a 35% discount on the licensing of 15 houses. The size of the discount climbs
with volume from there.
To qualify for this program we will define the
scope of your project with you, and the number of houses in your project will be fixed. This discount can
not be spread over several sites and is on a development by development basis. Scattered site infill
projects will be defined on a project by project basis.
