0525 HFC Feasibility Study

HFC is the Hispanic Family Center, a social service NPO in Camden, NJ near our office. For several years we have provided an assortment of services to them including this feasibility study for a new Program Center on a property in Camden which they currently use for parking. Given that the programs they run can start and stop depending on outside sources of funding, their program facility requires flexible spaces that can be reconfigured as services change, and if needed be leasable to outside tenants. We went through an iterative process with HFC beginning with programing their current space needs, developing and refining several schemes considering parking options and zoning issues.
