0366 HFC Facade Renovation

HFC is the Hispanic Family Center, a social service NPO in Camden, NJ near our office. For several years we have provided an assortment of services to them including this proposal for the re-cladding of one of their properties in Camden. The existing building is actually a grouping of several row buildings, clad in the 1960s to make the impression of one larger building. This existing cladding is dated and worn out, and this proposal was intended to reinvent the identity of the building and put forth HFCs identity over that of their ground floor tenant which currently dominates the building. For inspiration we looked to brightly colored colonial buildings in several latino nations. Unfortunately the project remains unbuilt without funding.
